Orders will ship within 7 business days and are usually received within 3-5 business days after shipping. A tracking number will be provided with every order. 

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with either USPS or UPS. 

Prints are shipped in either rolled protective tubes or flat packages.

To request a signature for delivery, please contact the studio within 24 hours of placing an order.  

All orders receive a tracking number. 

All sales are final at the time of purchase. Everyone sees color differently and all monitors display color a little differently. Best efforts are made to ensure that descriptions and colors presented on this website are as accurate as possible. Please feel free to contact the studio and ask for more photos. Kris is happy to help! 

Please open packages the day they are delivered to make sure that everything has arrived in good condition. If there are any damages, please contact the studio within 24 hours of receipt and include photos of both the packaging and the damage to the artwork. If the studio does receive notice of damage within 48 hours of delivery, a refund or a replacement cannot be guaranteed.
